I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, and United Health Care. Out-of-network is available depending on your plan. I utilize Alma to verify insurance and to collect payments for sessions. I also offer sessions at a cash rate, and offer sliding scale to those who qualify.
